You can usually schedule your intake assessment the same day or the next day at our Spring clinic, and admissions staff are reachable 24/7. Methadone can often begin on the day of your assessment. Suboxone® starts once you are clearly in withdrawal, and your medical provider confirms the safest timing at your visit.

Our Approach to Drug Rehab in Spring
We tailor your treatment plan to your life: your schedule, your history, your comfort. Some of our Spring patients commute to Houston, others are home with family near The Woodlands, and some are returning patients who want to try again. Your plan starts with you.
At your first visit, a medical provider goes over what you have been using, how long, and what withdrawal looks like for you, then talks through whether Methadone or Suboxone® is right for you. Your counselor handles the rest: triggers, routines, one session at a time.

Drug Rehab in Spring: Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I start drug rehab at your Spring clinic?
Where exactly is your drug rehab clinic in Spring, TX?
Our Spring clinic is at 635 Rayford Road, Suite E, near The Woodlands and just off I-45. We sit north of the Grand Parkway, in Montgomery County near the Harris County border. On-site parking and the Sawdust Road Park & Ride are nearby.
How do I choose between Methadone and Suboxone®?
You do not have to figure this out on your own. Your medical provider helps you choose between Methadone and Suboxone®. The choice is based on your opioid use history, how soon you need to start, and how you want to take your medication day to day. Both are FDA-approved and effective, so the decision is about fit, not about one being better than the other.
What is an IOP at your Spring clinic, and how does it work?
Our Spring IOP runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM, with a virtual evening IOP available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You get nine hours of group counseling a week plus unlimited one-on-one counseling. Each group has 12 patients or fewer, led by a counselor licensed in Texas.
I’ve been through residential rehab before and it didn’t last. Is outpatient different?
Outpatient treatment at our Spring clinic is different because you keep your job, your family, and your routine while you get care. You get medication and counseling on a schedule that works instead of stepping away for weeks. Many of our patients came to us after residential programs. If you have a setback, we work through it with you and adjust your treatment rather than removing you from care. You set your recovery goals together with your team.
Can I keep working through drug rehab at your Spring clinic?
You can keep your job throughout treatment, and most of our Spring patients do. Weekday Methadone dosing starts at 6:00 AM so you can come in before work. IOP meets three mornings a week with a virtual evening option, and outpatient care is one weekly visit.
Does your Spring drug rehab clinic treat depression and anxiety alongside drug use?
Depression, anxiety, and trauma are common alongside substance use, and our on-site psychiatry team treats both. Your mental health prescriptions and addiction care are managed in the same chart. You receive your medication and counseling at the same Spring clinic.
Is drug rehab at your Spring clinic confidential?
Federal HIPAA rules apply at our Spring clinic, and your information stays private unless you sign a release. Our Rayford Road location is discreet, with on-site parking and a low-key entrance, so coming in does not draw attention. We know privacy matters in a community like Spring and The Woodlands, and we protect it at every visit.
How do I get to your Spring clinic?
Our Spring clinic is at 635 Rayford Road, Suite E. From I-45, take the Rayford Road or Sawdust Road exit and head east. The Woodlands Mall is a useful landmark a few miles to the northwest. On-site parking is free, and the Sawdust Road Park & Ride connects commuters toward Houston.
