You Call 866-287-5921

A real person answers, not a recording. They'll ask a few questions, but they're not there to judge you.

We Check Your Insurance

We verify your coverage in about 5 minutes. You'll know exactly what's covered before you come in.

You Come In (Same Day or Next Day)

Your first visit takes about 3 hours. You'll see a nurse first, then meet with a medical provider to discuss medication options, and work with a counselor to create your treatment plan.

You Start Feeling Better

You can start Suboxone® or Methadone the same day. Most people feel relief from fentanyl withdrawal within hours.

About the Medication

You might be nervous about taking medication for fentanyl addiction. Here’s the truth.

Fentanyl changes your brain chemistry. That’s not weakness, that’s biology. Medications like Suboxone® and Methadone restore the balance so you can think clearly, sleep, and function again.

Because fentanyl is so potent, you often need higher doses of medication than someone addicted to heroin or prescription pills. Our medical providers treat fentanyl addiction every day. We know how to get the dosing right.

You won’t feel high. You won’t be sedated. You’ll feel normal, which might be something you haven’t felt in a long time.

And if you don’t want medication? That’s your choice. But for fentanyl, it’s the most effective treatment we have.

This isn't trading one drug for another

Suboxone® and Methadone don't get you high when dosed correctly. They stop withdrawal and cravings so you can focus on getting better. That's it.

Questions People Actually Ask

How bad is fentanyl withdrawal?

It's intense, worse than heroin for most people. Symptoms start within hours of your last dose: muscle aches, nausea, sweating, anxiety, insomnia. The good news is medication can eliminate most of these symptoms within hours.

Can I die from fentanyl withdrawal?

Fentanyl withdrawal is extremely uncomfortable but rarely life-threatening on its own. However, the risk of return to use and overdose during withdrawal is very high. That's why medically supervised treatment is so important.

How long until I feel normal?

Most people feel significant relief within hours of starting Suboxone® or Methadone. The acute withdrawal phase typically lasts 5-7 days, but with medication, it's manageable. Full stabilization usually takes a few weeks.

Will I be on medication forever?

Not necessarily. Some people taper off after months or years. Others stay on medication long-term because it works for them. There's no wrong answer. It depends on what keeps you stable and healthy.

Is Suboxone® or Methadone better for fentanyl?

Both work. Methadone is often preferred for heavy fentanyl use because higher doses are available. Suboxone® offers more flexibility since you take it at home. We'll help you decide what's right for you.

Will I get high on Suboxone® or Methadone?

No. When dosed correctly, these medications don't get you high. They stop withdrawal and cravings so you can think clearly and function normally.

What if I continue to use or return to use?

You won't be kicked out. We're here to help you understand your use and work toward your goals. We're not going anywhere.

I’m scared to call.

That's normal. Most people are. The person who answers has had this conversation thousands of times. You can say as little or as much as you want. Just call when you're ready. Or leave your number and we'll call you.
