Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Hours: Mon-Fri: 6AM-12PM, Sat: 7AM-8:30AM

You will not be in pain. As part of your substance use recovery treatment at our Spring location, we offer medication assisted treatment (MAT). This functions fully under a physician’s guidance to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. There’s no worrying about copays at the pharmacy, as we can dispense all medications directly to you. Commercial insurance plans cover many of the costs associated with treatment.

Consistently proven in studies to provide the most successful outcomes, our MAT program includes one or more of these medications:

  • Suboxone® / Bunavail® / Zubsolv® (buprenorphine and naloxone)
  • Subutex® (buprenorphine)
  • Methadone
  • Vivitrol® (naltrexone) Injection
SMART Recovery Meetings

You can participate in 12 Step meetings and peer fellowship, in addition to other Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) support groups. In these meetings, individuals get to help one another develop tools and skills for controlling addictive behavior.

Meetings are guided by counselors certified in SMART facilitation as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

You may even become one of our Peer Recovery Specialists, who are among our most popular and growing recovery groups.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Anyone looking for a level of confidentiality and privacy in substance use or addiction recovery treatment will appreciate our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), which make it possible to attend treatment while living at home and working in the community.

Friends & Family Support Groups

In addition to the convenience and confidentiality you gain from choosing a proven substance use recovery treatment method, there’s also relational benefits. Friends and family in the area can get involved in treatment, too. Our PATH meetings and our Friends & Family Support Groups help educate loved ones regarding substance dependency and addiction. Participants not only gain a better understanding of addiction, recovery, treatment, and strategies for success, they also gain a community of others who can relate to their experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a methadone clinic?
We do offer methadone as part of our medication assisted treatment, but also offer much more than a typical clinic. We combine behavioral and mental health services with medication assisted treatment to ensure the best chance for successful recovery.
Are you inpatient?
We offer treatment in an outpatient setting. We don’t believe you should uproot your entire life to treat a substance use disorder; recovery can be achieved in an outpatient setting specifically designed to address your unique history, makeup and circumstance.
Do you write prescriptions for Suboxone?
We do not write prescriptions, rather, we dispense medications in our clinics. This helps our staff be mindful of how each patient is responding to the medication and helps customize treatment for each individual patient.
Can I just get the medications without doing the counseling?
Our patients are required to meet with their counselor at least once a month. This ensures that we are tackling the substance abuse from all angles and results in far higher success rates.
Do I have to go all 3x a week for IOP?
Initially, yes. As you progress through the program you may graduate to Aftercare, where you come in less, but to begin you must attend all 3 days. To know you best, and treat your unique needs, this method is proven.
How long does your program last?
The timeframe for treatment is completely individualized and decided upon between the patient and their treatment team. The patient’s needs and progress are frequently reassessed so you can be sure you are getting the most out of your treatment.
