We understand the importance of education, preventative measures, and avoidance of unnecessary risk. Therefore, Symetria Recovery has taken proper precautions with the following steps:
A COVID-19 task force, headed by our Chief Medical Officer and composed of medical providers, nurses, counselors and administrators has been formed. A comprehensive COVID-19 policy has been developed and enacted. All care professionals have been trained on the new policy and it is in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and requires the screening all potential patient admits, family members and visitors for symptomology. Symetria Recovery has implemented enhanced, mandatory hand hygiene protocols in accordance with guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as social distancing procedures that includes limiting visitors at our programs.
Symetria Recovery is committed to maintaining the highest level of infection control and sanitization at all our clinics as well as our corporate headquarters.
Symetria Recovery will continue to monitor all coronavirus developments, news, and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC,) World Health Organization (WHO), and state Departments of Health where we operates, as well as Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) to ensure that Symetria Recovery follows current best-practices to keep our patients, visitors, and care professionals healthy and safe.
Due to the rapidly evolving nature of this situation, Symetria Recovery will continue to monitor all updates and respond accordingly.
Symetria Recovery believes that the steps we are taking will be part of a community response that will limit the spread of this virus. We are committed to continuing to deliver leading edge care to our patients and will support they and their families during these uncertain and stressful times.
