WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR DRUG TREATMENT IN TEXAS:
Assessment
At each of our Texas drug rehab centers, treatment begins with assessment. We’re known for our 360-degree approach to rehab in which we consider the whole person, including physical, psychological and emotional aspects. In this initial assessment, we take time to thoroughly evaluate needs and objectives, creating a unique, individualized treatment plan
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Study after study shows that one of the most effective tools for drug rehab in Texas and elsewhere is Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). At Symetria Recovery®, we combine this therapy with behavioral counseling to generate the most successful outcomes.
Our MAT programs may incorporate one or more of the following:
- Suboxone® / Bunavail® / Zubsolv® (buprenorphine and naloxone)
- Subutex® (buprenorphine)
- Methadone
- Vivitrol® (naltrexone) Injection
- Probuphine®
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) allow patients to undergo therapy while also continuing normal life. Whether it’s a job, classes or other responsibilities, they can remain uninterrupted during treatment.
Our IOP Group Therapy operates under the guidance of master’s level, licensed clinicians using evidence-based curricula, including:
- Mindfulness-Based Sobriety
- Relapse Prevention Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Family Therapy
- Education & Aftercare Programs
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Outpatient Treatment
The beauty of our outpatient treatment model is that it allows patients to seek drug rehab in Texas without having to check out of daily life for days or weeks at a time. In the Symetria Recovery® outpatient program, we combine MAT best practices with a host of other therapies: IOP group therapy, psychiatric services and related mental health care. At each location, all services take place in the same facility, giving patients a comfortable and confidential place to receive care.
SMART Recovery Meetings
Another therapy we offer is our Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) support groups. Guided by experienced counselors, these SMART meetings allow patients to work together to develop skills to control addictive behavior.
The counselors are certified in SMART facilitation as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Family Support Groups
One of the biggest perks of seeking outpatient treatment — whether in Spring, Jersey Village, Dallas or College Station — is that local friends and family members can participate in recovery, too. At Symetria Recovery®, we offer PATH meetings and Friends & Family Support Groups to involve the patient’s support network in therapy.
