The Pain
Watching someone you love destroy themselves
No matter where they are, we can help you take the next right step.
Hearing from patients directly can help you understand what your loved one may be going through, and what recovery truly looks like when the right support is in place.

Yes - 40% of our calls come from families in exactly this situation. We can help you explore your options, understand what treatment looks like, and figure out how to support them wherever they are in their journey. You don't need to have all the answers before you call.
You'll speak with someone who understands what you're going through. We'll listen to your situation, answer your questions, and help you understand what options are available. If your loved one is ready, we can often see them the same day. If they're not, we'll help you figure out next steps together.
If they're open to it, yes. Sometimes hearing from someone outside the family helps. We can answer their questions about what treatment involves, address fears about withdrawal, and explain how the process works, with no pressure.
Most patients pay little to nothing out of pocket. We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and many other major plans. We can verify their benefits over the phone before the first visit, no surprises.
That's common, and it doesn't mean treatment can't work. Many of our patients came to us after other programs failed them. We take a different approach: no one is removed from the program for continued use, and your loved one sets their own recovery goals. What didn't work before doesn't have to define what happens next.
