Jeffery Lange will be presenting on “Client Engagement”, a focus to continue to develop positive verbal and nonverbal skills of communicating with clients/patients so they have a better experience. The quality of the counseling relationship can affect the client change. Effective communication skills are key to a client's success.

Jeffery Lange, MA, CADC, CODP 1, CCTP, an Experienced Substance Abuse Counselor with 20 years’ experience of working in the behavioral health industry. Skilled in crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, prevention, anger management, intakes, and discharge planning, and admissions. Jeff holds Masters Degree in Psychology with a focus in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of the Rockies. Jeffery is a certified Smart Recovery facilitator in addition to facilitating Family and Friends groups. He also assists in managing and training Interns.
